Lead and supervise the development of social media content for all TV channels and radio stations under the TV & Radio Unit, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, timely, and aligned with each channel's identity and target audience.2. Develop and oversee weekly, monthly, and campaign-based social media content plans aligned with TV and radio programming schedules, key shows, live events, launches, and strategic priorities.3. Identify high-value content from TV programs, radio shows, interviews, news, entertainment programs, and live coverage and guide its adaptation into social-first formats such as short-form videos, clips, reels, stories, posts, and other digital assets.4. Supervise the end-to-end social content creation process, including content selection, concepts, scripting, editing, captions, thumbnails, graphics, and other creative elements required for publishing.5. Oversee the scheduling and publishing of approved content across relevant social media platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, appropriate timing, and adherence to approved publishing calendars.
