Beginning of the main content section.Return to the home pagePrintable Format Job Description - Employee Performance Management Specialist (26002136)Job Description Employee Performance Management Specialist - (26002136) Job Description · Participate in the preparation of the section's operational projects, provide consultation during implementation, and ensure alignment with the department's strategic plans.· Develop corporate policies, procedures, and operating models related to employee happiness and performance management, ensuring compliance with the Dubai Government Human Resources Law and its amendments.· Conduct studies and develop proposals to enhance workplace attractiveness, improve employee happiness, and increase overall employee performance.· Develop policies and procedures governing employee promotions, ensuring the highest standards of fairness, transparency, and compliance with the Dubai Government Human Resources Law and its amendments.· Develop policies and procedures related to employee rewards, incentives, and recognition programs in accordance with applicable government regulations.· Measure employee happiness indicators, conduct employee happiness surveys, analyze the results, and recommend initiatives to improve employee satisfaction across the corporate environment.· Develop and enhance internal communication systems across all levels of the corporate workforce.· Provide consultation during the preparation of the annual employee performance management plan, monitor its implementation, and evaluate the effectiveness of its execution.· Prepare and periodically review the corporate Behavioral and Technical Competency Framework, align competencies with job roles, and ensure compliance with the competency framework approved by the Dubai Government Human Resources Department.
