Beginning of the main content section.Return to the home pagePrintable Format Job Description - Transport System Operator - Passengers Transit Smart Monitoring (25001391)Job Description Transport System Operator - Passengers Transit Smart Monitoring - (25001391) Job Description Key Results Accountabilities:· Perform other related responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.· Receive and implement the daily work schedule from the direct supervisor.· Attend to emergencies and after working hours when needed.· Operating smart monitoring systems and taking advantage of all the features.· Smart monitoring of the department' activities and editing of violations through smart monitoring systems for those who are not in compliance with the approved legislation, regulations, issued decisions, instructions and circulars.· Ensure the accuracy of violation and save the relevant evidences to edit the violations with high accuracy.· Keeping and archiving all documents supporting the violations in a permanent manner to provide to the Grievance Committee when needed.· Informing the supervisors about the operational challenges that are faced during the monitoring process and the applicable systems and Seeking advice to deal with them.· Ensure compliance with the instructions, work procedures and controls for editing violations according to the approved policies.· Dealing with system errors, equipment or malfunctions and taking immediate actions to ensure the operational process and informing the supervisor when necessary.· Providing the required reports to the concerned authorities.· Contribute to achieving section indicators and department' indicators and support shifts supervisors on a daily basis, to measure the impact of corrective actions taken by management related to performance indicators.
