## Description

Key Accountabilities
- Provide first‑line support for basic hardware and software issues.
- Assist with installation and configuration of laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Support onboarding by preparing devices, accounts, and access permissions.
- Troubleshoot common issues related to Windows OS, Office 365, email, and network connectivity.
- Log and track IT service desk tickets, ensuring timely follow‑up.
- Assist in maintaining IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Support meeting rooms and video conferencing setups.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required.
- Follow IT policies, cybersecurity guidelines, and best practices.

- Years of Experience: 0–1 year (Fresh Graduate)
- Degree / Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and networking fundamentals.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot common IT issues.
- Good organizational and follow‑up skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
