JOB TITLE Director Compliance - Retail | MAF Retail | Head Office UAE ROLE SUMMARY The Majid Al Futtaim (MAF) Retail Compliance department, reporting functionally to the MAF Holding Compliance department and administratively to the Retail CEO, has three mandates. The mandates are Proactive compliance, Investigations, and Compliance Monitoring, which includes Code of Conduct and all related policies, Whistleblowing, Third-party risk management, Supplier Code of Conduct, Conflict of interest and Fraud, Waste and Abuse, Human Rights risk management, Regulatory Compliance manageme ROLE PROFILE
