## Description

Resident Engineer – Job Profile Summary
- Provide overall site supervision and technical leadership for construction activities.
- Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
- Monitor quality, progress, workmanship, and compliance of contractor activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Review technical submissions, shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and RFIs.
- Supervise and coordinate Civil, Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines at site.
- Monitor the contractor’s construction program and highlight delays, risks, and critical issues.
- Ensure proper implementation of QA/QC and HSE requirements.
- Manage site inspections, NCRs, technical observations, and corrective actions.
- Chair or participate in progress, technical, quality, and coordination meetings.
- Review progress reports and provide regular updates to project management and the client.
- Monitor testing, commissioning, snagging, de-snagging, and project handover activities.
- Ensure proper project documentation, records, and close-out requirements are maintained.
