## Description

Position:
Façade QA/QC Engineer

Required Experience:
Minimum 10 Years’ Experience

Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring all façade works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and inspect façade works including curtain walls, glazing, cladding, aluminium, and waterproofing.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, ITPs, and inspection checklists.
Conduct material and installation inspections and raise NCRs for non-conforming works.
Monitor façade testing, mock-ups, and quality inspections.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams for quality-related matters.
Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, and close-out documentation.

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering or related field.Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in façade QA/QC and inspection.Strong knowledge of façade systems, installation methods, testing, and applicable standards.
