## Description

This role holder is responsible to manage a network of 7 -10 branches in defined area and directing and guiding the branches in the assigned region and ensuring of achieving sales and satisfaction targets, and maximizing the profitability and widening the NBAD footprint across the area. The role holder is also responsible enhancing the sales & marketing of all retail banking products by capitalizing on direct and cross sell opportunities and ensuring efficient customer services.

## Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with experience in the branch network. 10 years’ relevant experience in the banking sector with at least 5 years in similar positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in the branch network.
