## Description

1. Project Scheduling & Planning
- Prepare the baseline project schedule using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Develop detailed engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning schedules.
- Establish project milestones and critical path activities.
- Create work breakdown structures (WBS).
2. Progress Monitoring & Control
- Track actual progress against the approved baseline schedule.
- Monitor engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
- Identify schedule delays and recommend corrective actions.
- Analyze critical and near-critical activities.
3. Coordination with Project Teams
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, and Commissioning teams.
- Collect progress updates from different disciplines.
- Ensure inter-departmental activities are aligned with the project schedule.
4. Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Generate S-curves, manpower histograms, and progress dashboards.
- Present schedule status to Project Managers and clients.
- Highlight risks, delays, and mitigation measures.
5. Resource Planning
- Monitor manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
- Prepare resource-loaded schedules.
- Identify resource shortages and optimize resource utilization.
6. Delay Analysis & Recovery Planning
- Perform delay impact analysis.
- Evaluate extension of time (EOT) claims.
- Develop recovery schedules to regain lost progress.
- Monitor implementation of acceleration plans.
7. Procurement & Material Tracking
- Monitor long-lead equipment such as:- Power Transformers
- GIS/AIS Equipment
- Protection & Control Panels
- STATCOM Equipment
- Cables and Accessories

- Ensure procurement activities meet project deadlines.
8. Risk Management
- Identify schedule risks and constraints.
- Develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Maintain the project risk register related to planning activities.
9. Testing & Commissioning Planning
- Develop commissioning schedules.
- Coordinate shutdown and energization activities.
- Ensure prerequisites are completed before testing and commissioning.
10. Client & Management Interface
- Attend progress review meetings with clients and consultants.
- Present schedule updates and recovery plans.
- Support Project Manager in decision-making through schedule analysis.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Technology (BTech)

Experience: 6-10 years

## Requirements

Bachelor of Technology (BTech). 6-10 years of experience in project planning/scheduling.
