## Description

- Report to construction/project manager to administer the construction activities.
- Liaise with the construction/project manager, client, and subcontractor and supervise construction activities allocated. Ensure compliance with specification to the satisfaction of the client.
- Responsible for developing detailed weekly program for construction activities and preparing manpower /resource requirement to achieve the timely completion of project.
- Responsible for preparation and submission of daily reports.
- Coordinate construction activities for various electrical services to ensure and enforce the correct sequencing of construction activities.
- Conduct regular construction meetings with site staff and subcontractors to review, control, communicate and assess the progress of all essential activities.
- Ensure the steady and timely progress against monthly schedules and measurement & certification of subcontractor invoices.
- Ensure that all information related to technical drawings, electrical equipment lists, construction equipment lists, technical specifications are updated and readily available
- Ensure submission of marked up drawings and test reports.
- Implement the set Quality Assurance & EHS Plan throughout the site
- Check the relevance and accuracy of documentation during inter-disciplinary coordination &resolve construction-related problems swiftly and appropriately
- Promote a favorable work culture to encourage ethical and professional practice by all employees at the project site
- Address significant issues before they have adverse impact on the company and client
- Responsible for any other task/duties as designated by the Project/Construction Manager.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Bachelor of Technology (BTech), Bachelor of Science Engineering (BSc Engg)

Experience: 7-10 years
