Role
We are looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to drive strategic sourcing and procurement excellence across assigned categories, ensuring value creation, supplier performance, and effective stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement activities across assigned categories.
Develop and implement category sourcing strategies.
Lead supplier sourcing, evaluations, and selection processes.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements.
Review and manage contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Monitor supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
Proven experience in supplier management and commercial negotiations.
Strong understanding of procurement processes and contract management.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Professional certifications such as CIPS are an advantage.
