## Description

Reporting To
Planning Manager / Project Manager
Job Purpose
To support project execution by developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, ensuring timely completion of activities in line with contractual milestones.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Develop baseline, weekly, and monthly execution plans.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and site teams to align schedules.
- Identify critical path activities and potential risks to project timelines.
Monitoring & Control
- Track daily/weekly progress and compare planned vs actual performance.
- Analyze delays and recommend recovery plans.
- Prepare look-ahead schedules and manpower/equipment forecasts.
- Monitor material availability against schedule requirements.

Qualifications: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC)

Experience: 5-20 years
