Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park, is looking for a meticulous Cost Controller Supervisor to join their extraordinary team! Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, in the most sought after residential area of Dubai. Minutes away from mega malls, magnificent Jumeirah Beaches, world’s leading tourist attractions and Parks, auto drome and over 5 championship golf courses. The newly opened Holiday Inn & Suites at Dubai Science Park includes 240 hotel rooms and suites and 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings and an extensive 1026sqm cutting-edge meeting and events facilities.

Your day to day

•
Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs to ensure budget compliance.

•
Conduct daily and monthly stock audits, inventory counts, and variance analysis.

•
Review purchases, receiving, transfers, and store issues to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.

•
Analyze cost reports and identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve profitability.

•
Calculate and maintain food and beverage recipe costs.

•
Check voids, discounts, complimentary items, promotions, and staff meals.

•
Conduct spot checks on restaurants, bars, stores, kitchens, and receiving areas.

•
Verify supplier invoices, pricing, and inventory records in line with company procedures.

•
Prepare regular cost-control reports and present findings to management.

•
Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and audit requirements.
