Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park, is looking for a service-oriented Room Attendant to join their extraordinary team! Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, in the most sought after residential area of Dubai. Minutes away from mega malls, magnificent Jumeirah Beaches, world’s leading tourist attractions and Parks, auto drome and over 5 championship golf courses. The Holiday Inn & Suites at Dubai Science Park has 240 hotel rooms and suites and 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings and an extensive 1026sqm cutting-edge meeting and events facilities.

Your day to day

•
Clean and service assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors to IHG brand standards, ensuring all areas are spotless, well-presented, and guest-ready

•
Change bed linen, make beds, replenish guest amenities, and ensure all room equipment is functioning properly.

•
Conduct daily room inspections and promptly report maintenance defects, damage, or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

•
Respond efficiently and courteously to guest requests, delivering additional amenities and providing assistance as required.

•
Maintain housekeeping carts, linen rooms, and storage areas in a clean, organized, and fully stocked condition.

Report, record, and submit all lost and found items in accordance with hotel procedures and security requirements.

•
Collaborate closely with the housekeeping team and other departments to ensure timely room availability, exceptional cleanliness standards, and outstanding guest satisfaction.
