Your Day to Day

As a General Technician – AC, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of the resort’s air-conditioning and HVAC systems. You will ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities maintain a comfortable environment while supporting the Engineering team with general maintenance requirements.

Some of main responsibilities are:

Work closely with the Engineering team to ensure smooth daily operations.

•
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, inspection, cleaning, and repairs of AC and HVAC systems.

Monitor the condition and performance of AC/HVAC equipment and identify potential issues.

•
Troubleshoot and repair AC systems, including split, package, FCU, AHU, and related equipment.

•
Check refrigerant levels, filters, coils, motors, belts, drains, thermostats, and electrical components.

•
Respond promptly to AC and maintenance requests in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring guest comfort and following up on recurring or major issues.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, equipment condition, and repairs.
