## Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide professional service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, buffet and à la carte operations.

· Prepare assigned tables, service stations and restaurant areas before each service.

· Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating when required.

· Present menus and explain dishes, beverages, promotions and daily specials.

· Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them correctly into the POS system.

· Serve food and beverages according to IHG service standards and sequence of service.

· Maintain menu, beverage, allergen and dietary requirement knowledge.

· Actively upsell food, beverages and promotions to support revenue and average check targets.
