We’re searching for a Housekeeping Manager to work alongside our Director of Housekeeping to ensure all aspects of housekeeping and laundry are befitting of our reputation for delivering genuinely memorable experiences to our guests. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: • Supporting the overall Housekeeping operation and ensuring our guest rooms, public areas and facilities consistently meet our luxury standards. • Leading, motivating and developing the Housekeeping team through regular training, coaching and performance management. • Managing daily room and public area allocations, inspections and task lists to maintain quality and operational efficiency. • Planning team schedules and rosters in line with occupancy levels and operational requirements. • Overseeing housekeeping standards across bedrooms, bathrooms, public areas, linen and cleaning services. • Supporting and overseeing laundry operations while ensuring appropriate linen standards and controls are maintained. • Coordinating special projects including deep cleaning, carpet and window cleaning, pest control and room inventories. • Maintaining effective communication with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience. • Ensuring effective shift handovers and maintaining strong knowledge of housekeeping systems and procedures. • Promoting high standards of colleague appearance, hygiene, conduct, safety and responsible business practices.
