## Description

The Lead HSE Officer / HSE Data, Systems & Reporting Lead is a pivotal role, responsible for the integrity and strategic application of HSE data. This position combines safety expertise with advanced analytics and digital capabilities, translating complex project data into actionable insights. The role ensures accurate and reliable HSE information for executive decisions, stakeholder submissions, and organizational performance reporting, acting as the principal custodian of HSE data governance and assurance.

## Requirements

Recognized qualification in occupational health and safety, engineering, data analytics, or a relevant field. Professional safety qualification or certification suitable for the role's level and responsibilities. Demonstrated competence in HSE performance management, data assurance, and executive reporting. Advanced skills in Power BI, data modeling, dashboard development, and analytical reporting. Practical experience with enterprise HSE management systems (Enablon, Intelex) and digital applications/workflows. Significant experience in HSE data, systems, assurance, or performance reporting in major projects or high-risk environments. Proven track record in delivering executive-level dashboards, PIF reporting, and project data validation processes. Ability to develop practical digital solutions from concept to implementation, and maintain reporting continuity during transitions. Strong strategic data governance, advanced analytics, HSE management systems expertise, and executive communication skills. Excellent problem-solving, business continuity, stakeholder influence, and collaboration abilities, with attention to detail and integrity.
