## Requirements

15+ years of business development leadership within UAE. Demonstrated record of winning major projects the UAE. Established executive-level network across government and sovereign-linked entities. Proven ability to influence procurement strategies and shape early-stage opportunities. Experience managing multi-million-dollar pursuits in competitive environments. Deep understanding of UAE procurement processes and evolving integrated consultancy models. Strong executive communication skills and board-level presence.
