## Description

Quantity Surveyor manages project costs, estimates, and budgets to ensure financial efficiency. Reviews quantities, contracts, variations, and payment applications for accuracy and compliance. Supports pre- and post-contract activities, including tendering and cost control. Collaborates with project stakeholders to monitor costs and mitigate financial risks. Prepares reports, forecasts, and ensures adherence to project and contractual requirements.

## Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering / QS, or a relevant degree. Minimum Ten years of relevant experience. Familiar with CAD/Civil 3D quantity extraction methods. Certified Chartered Quantity Surveyor preferred. An understanding of costs and FIDIC.  Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Able to develop good working relationships with clients and their agents.  Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English.
