## Description

The Program Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing large-scale infrastructure programs comprising multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery from planning through execution. The role involves coordinating with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and project managers to define scope, resources, budgets, and timelines, while driving alignment with client objectives. The Program Manager ensures effective risk management, quality control, and compliance with design specifications, safety, and environmental standards. Additionally, the role manages stakeholder communication, oversees contracts and fiscal controls, and optimizes project sequencing to enhance delivery efficiency and minimize operational disruption.

## Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university. Minimum 20 years’ experience in managing large-scale infrastructure programs consist of multiple projects. Experience of major government and/or semi-government program and projects implementations. Extensive Experience in the construction management of water and wastewater works. Experience of implementing a zero-accident philosophy. A record of engagement with government entities / utility providers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience of working internationally.
