## Description

The role ensures proactive identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring of risks related to cost, schedule, quality, safety, procurement, and delivery strategies. The position supports informed decision-making by providing structured risk analysis, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and maintaining robust risk governance aligned with organizational standards and project objectives.

## Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. Risk Management Professional (RMP) or equivalent certification. 15+ years of experience in engineering and/or project management, with demonstrated experience in a Risk Management role on large infrastructure or mega projects. Working knowledge of project controls, cost, schedule, contracts, and claims risk. Experience in identifying and managing cost, schedule, quality, and safety risks. Familiarity with risk management systems and databases (e.g. Active Risk Manager or similar). Understanding of ERM principles and their application at project level. Strong analytical, coordination, and facilitation skills. Good written and verbal communication skills when dealing with clients and consultants. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
