This role involves a variety of operational duties assigned by store management, such as maintaining housekeeping standards and visual presentation. Success in this role requires creating a welcoming environment for customers, providing impeccable service, and ensuring efficient transaction processing. What You Will Do: General - Generate sales and deliver a positive customer experience. - Perform operational duties as assigned by store management, including housekeeping and adherence to visual presentation standards. - Create a clean and organized store environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness. - Ensure a positive first impression for customers through an energetic attitude and adherence to the dress code. - Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere, non-business-like greeting. - Provide customers with current and relevant information about products on offer. - Offer quality service in the fitting rooms, follow up with customers promptly, maintain cash wrap cleanliness, and attempt to upsell. - Provide efficient service at the cash wrap, offer gift cards, maintain cash wrap cleanliness, and capture customer information in the database. - Sincerely thank all customers for shopping as they exit the store and invite them back. Required Skills To Be Successful: - Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. - Ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment. - Proficiency in using basic computer systems and retail software. - Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships. What Qualifies You For The Role: - High School Degree is required. - 1-2 years of experience in retail sales. - Good verbal communication skills are essential. - Ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for a minimum of 8 hours consistently.
