## Description

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

You own the mobile category at noon — one of the region's largest e-commerce businesses, processing millions of orders annually. You'll drive category strategy, merchant partnerships, pricing, and assortment to maximize GMV and customer satisfaction. You'll own P&L, ship category innovations, and scale mobile sales across KSA.

Requirements:
Scope & responsibilities

- Own mobile category P&L and drive revenue growth through data-driven pricing, promotions, and assortment optimization.

- Build and manage merchant partnerships, recruit new sellers, and negotiate commercial terms to expand inventory depth and competitiveness.

- Analyze category performance, customer trends, and competitive landscape to identify and execute growth opportunities.

- Launch category initiatives — new brands, exclusive products, or seasonal campaigns — and measure their impact on sales and margin.

- Work cross-functionally with category operations, marketing, and supply chain to resolve inventory, fulfillment, and delivery challenges.

- Set category KPIs, track weekly and monthly performance against targets, and course-correct with speed.

- Represent the mobile category in senior leadership forums and communicate strategy, risks, and results with clarity.

- Proven track record managing a high-volume, competitive e-commerce category with ownership of revenue and margin.

- Strong analytical skills — comfort with SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools to extract insights and drive decisions.

- Demonstrated ability to negotiate with suppliers, sellers, and cross-functional partners and close deals.

- Deep understanding of mobile handset market dynamics, brand ecosystems, pricing models, and customer buying behavior.

- Experience scaling category assortment, managing SKU proliferation, and balancing breadth with operational efficiency.

- Ability to move fast, prioritize ruthlessly, and execute in ambiguity with minimal supervision.

- Flexibility to travel across KSA, UAE, and Egypt for merchant visits and market research.
