## Description

The Senior Specialist Growth at Abu Dhabi Food Hub (ADFH), part of AD Ports Group’s Economic Cities & Free Zones Cluster, plays a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Manager Growth in the seamless execution of ADFH’s commercial operational portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring operational continuity, contract and billing integrity, and service quality across critical functions such as tenant , MOUs and concessions, value-added services (VAS), parking operations, cold chain infrastructure, and waste management. The Senior Specialist Growth acts as a key owner of billing accuracy for VAS and other operational revenue streams and is instrumental in testing and troubleshooting the Operations Management System, serving as the Control Tower for these activities. The position requires a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail to generate actionable data and insights that drive the facility’s growth and support its ESG objectives. The Senior Specialist Growth collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to maintain high service standards, ensure compliance, and support the continuous improvement of operational processes. Success in this role is measured by the ability to deliver accurate billing, maintain robust operational controls, and contribute to the strategic growth and sustainability of the Abu Dhabi Food Hub.

## Requirements

Educational and Technical Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field Language Skills: • English (Mandatory) • Arabic (Good to have) Years of Experience: 3 Nature of Experience: 3 years of experience in in Logistics, Supply Chain, Free Zones, or Industrial Parks A relevant professional certification (e.g., facilities management, logistics, or contract management) is an advantage.
