## Description

The Senior Specialist Client Enablement at Abu Dhabi Food Hub, part of AD Ports Group's Economic Cities & Free Zones Cluster, plays a critical supporting role in the seamless onboarding and enablement of tenants. Working closely with the Client Enablement Manager, this position ensures that new and existing tenants are rapidly and efficiently transitioned from contract signing through to operational go-live, supporting early revenue recognition and service adoption. The role is pivotal in facilitating the adoption of the Operation Management System (OMS), introducing tenants to a comprehensive catalogue of value-added services, and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction throughout the enablement journey. This role requires strong process management, stakeholder coordination, and a customer-centric mindset to manage multiple simultaneous onboarding projects across diverse pavilion types. The Senior Specialist will collaborate with internal teams and external tenants to optimize onboarding processes, resolve challenges, and support the growth team in maximizing service uptake. Success in this role directly contributes to the rapid activation of the Food Hub market, throughput acceleration, and transaction fee generation.

## Requirements

Educational and Technical Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Language Skills: • English (Mandatory) • Arabic (Good to have) Years of Experience: 3 Nature of Experience: 3 years of experience in Client onboarding, enablement, or customer success (preferably in logistics, trade, real estate, or free zones) with experience in licensing requirements.
