## Description

Ensure to provide a high level of quality care and services to patients and their families. Responsible to introduce our services to patient; informing patients about the status of their prescription orders etc. and acts as liaison between patients, Clinic and procurement team to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

## Requirements

· High School Diploma or equivalent. · Preferred: Basic literacy and numeracy skills. Language Skills: · Ability to speak and understand the local language. · Basic English communication is helpful (especially in clinics with diverse staff/patients).
