## Description

The Business Development Manager will support the execution of ADFH’s commercial strategy by conducting leasing activity, developing value-added trade and logistics solutions, and attracting regional and international buyers to the hub. The role is critical in positioning ADFH as the region’s leading B2B food marketplace, with a focus on enabling high-volume trade, integrated services, and customer stickiness.

## Requirements

Educational and Technical Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Food Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s is an advantage). Language Skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese (written and spoken). Arabic is an advantage. Years of Experience: 8+ years’ experience in food sourcing and distribution, food logistics and related fields.  Nature of Experience: Experience in market development and expansions, fresh produce and commodities supply chains is a plus.
