About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an AC Technician to join our Engineering team in Jumeirah Olhahali Island.

•
To carry out repairs, maintenance, and installation of all related HVAC units and equipment.

•
To organize work in a standard and professional manner within a leading team.

•
Prepare and follow up on the required spare parts for the operation.

•
Maintain a high standard for all engineering services required for guest villas, BOH, kitchen, and laundry.

•
Prepare a work completion and defects report, as well as a work plan schedule for the operational sections.

•
Report and attend to daily breakdown work orders, ensuring all equipment is in good condition and taking corrective action accordingly.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

•
At least 3 years of working experience, within a luxury 5-star environment is desirable.

•
Advance certificate of AC and Refrigeration repair and maintenance

•
Certified and Basic knowledge of Electrical and Electronic repair and maintenance.

•
Ability to work under pressure and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•
Knowledge about planned preventive maintenance and presentation in computer-based applications using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
