## Description

Key Responsibilities: Plan product assortment, sales, and inventory levels. OTB Management Analyze sales trends and customer demand. Prepare sales and stock forecasts. Monitor stock levels and product performance. Identify fast- and slow-moving products. Coordinate with buying, sales, warehouse, and logistics teams. Support seasonal and promotional planning. Prepare regular sales and inventory reports. Ensure the right products are available at the right time and quantity. Requirements: Previous experience in merchandising, retail planning, or inventory planning. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel and planning systems. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work with sales and inventory data. Experience in home furnishing/furniture retail is an advantage.
