Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all coating, blasting, and painting activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and quality control teams to plan and execute coating strategies effectively.
- Inspect surfaces and prepare them for coating application, ensuring proper blasting and cleaning procedures are followed.
- Monitor and maintain coating equipment, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with safety protocols.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations across all coating, blasting, and painting operations.
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure the durability and integrity of coatings applied.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of coating and painting technicians, fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment.

## Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Coating Technology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in coating, blasting, and painting within the oil and gas industry.
- In-depth knowledge of surface preparation, coating application techniques, and relevant industry standards (such as NACE or SSPC).
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to supervise and motivate a technical team.
- Excellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental practices related to coating and painting operations.
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and inspection reports.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.
