## Requirements

What you'll do:
- Call potential landlords and sellers daily
- Take great photos and write listings for property portals
- Network with Landlords, Sellers, Buyers and Tenants
- Understand client needs and match them with the right leasing solutions
- Stay on top of market trends
- Build trust through clear, consistent communication

What you'll need:
- Strong background in sales or client-facing roles
- Fluent English
- Valid driving license
- Proactive, can-do attitude
- Thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Resilient, with a real passion for results and relationships
