  1. Via WhatsApp (600590000):
    • Select ‘Establishments and Workers’
    • Choose employee/employer option
    • Select video call option
    • Fill out form and receive call link
  2. Via MOHRE App:
    • Login with UAE Pass
    • Tap ‘Support’ > ‘Video Call’
    • Fill out form
    • Receive confirmation and call link

Service Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:30am to 3pm
  • Friday: 7:30am to 12pm
